Job Description

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the team to understand campaign objectives and develop video concepts.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's message and meets client expectations.
• Manage all aspects of video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment, as well as directing talent on set.
• Manage multiple video projects at once, from initial concept to final delivery, while meeting deadlines
• Ensure videos meet the technical specifications and creative standards of each platform, adjusting aspect ratios, resolution, and video length as necessary
• Perform Duties and responsibilities as instructed by direct manager

Pre-Production Planning:

• Assist with conceptualizing video content, including storyboarding and shot list development.
• Conduct location scouting, if needed, and assist in planning the logistics for video shoots (e.g., timing, crew, equipment).

Post-Production:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Add special effects, graphics, and sound elements to enhance the overall production value.

Ensure videos meet the client's specifications, deadlines, and brand guidelines

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with video production manager, and other crew team to ensure the vision is brought to life.
• Communicate with line manager, clients (if applicable) to understand their vision and make revisions as needed.
• Provide feedback to the team and contribute ideas for creative video projects.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure video equipment is in good working order, maintain regular checks, and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Stay up to date with industry trends and new video production techniques to ensure the company's work remains innovative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• videography: 3 years (Preferred)
