JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to join our team. • Pre and post-production management: Oversee all aspects of production, from initial planning to final editing and distribution.
• Set preparation: Ensure sets are organised and ready for shooting, including coordinating equipment and props. Find and book appropriate event venues, considering capacity, location, equipment, and budget.
• Proactive Approach: Demonstrate initiative by generating proposals, leveraging expertise, and anticipating shooting requirements. Ensure Yann's schedule is consistently filled with shoots, allowing for seamless execution of briefs upon his arrival.
• Hiring freelancers: Source and manage a team of video professionals for shoots and projects, including videographers, editors, and other specialists when needed.
• Identify interview opportunities: Develop a list of potential interview subjects to keep content fresh and engaging.
• PR and Press: Collaborate with freelancers, press or PR professionals to secure interviews with relevant celebrities.
• Weekly video scheduling: Develop and maintain a schedule for releasing 2-3 videos per week, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Organize and optimize the YouTube channel, including creating playlists and managing metadata.
• Team organisation: Manage the production team, whether the internal team or a team of freelancers, including booking transportation and other logistics as needed.
• Production executive duties: Work closely with video editors and other team members to execute the production plan and optimise content for basic SEO.
• Travel flexibility: Be able to manage productions on different locations and potentially overseas for shoots and other business-related activities as required.
• Understand the importance of engaging thumbnails and oversee their creation for each video.
• Have a vision for developing the production capabilities of the team and transitioning into a full-fledged production company.
• Continuously seek to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• At least 3 years experience in Production Management
• Organisational and planning skills.
• Management of cross-functional projects
• Event management experience is a bonus.
• Innovative vision.
• Creativity.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
• Passion for production and to contribute to the growth of the channel.
