Job Description

We are looking for a creative Video Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the production of video content for our company.

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish.

2. Initiate the creative process by conceptualizing ideas for the films.

3. Responsible for pushing the boundaries of cinematic storytelling, moodboard, exploring narrative structures, visual techniques and artistic concepts.

4. Responsible for shaping the final version of a film by selecting and assembling various shots.

5. Updated of new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and stay up to date with the industry trend and best practices with video production.

6. Knowledge in all types of cameras and video production equipment.

7. Responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goal.

8. Responsible for overseeing all activities within the team.

9. Negotiate to client from the beginning to end.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

- Technical Skills

- Leadership skills

- Problem-solving skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience.

- Graduate of Mass Communication or any related course.

- English and Arabic speaker

- Preferably with driving license and a car.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
