Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented

Video Editor

with a passion for real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content that enhances our brand image, showcases our property listings, and drives customer engagement. The Video Editor will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for real estate listings, promotional materials, and brand storytelling. Enhance video quality with color correction, motion graphics, animation and sound design. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with our brand and business goals. Optimize video content for various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media algorithms to create impactful content. Manage video assets, ensuring proper organization and storage for future use. Work with real estate agents and photographers to ensure high-quality visual content.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Video Editor

, preferably in the real estate. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects is a plus. Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and video compression techniques. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of photography and video shooting is an advantage.
