We are looking for a talented Videographer/Video Editor to join our dynamic team and bring our Projects to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality videos showcasing our properties, projects, and events.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional content.
• Stay up-to-date with video trends, techniques and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and production skills, with an emphasis on real estate or property-related content.
• Knowledge of latest Photography trends and cameras.
• Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator Indesign/ Canva.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound editing, special effects, graphics, and transitions.
• Maintain organized video files and assets for easy access and future use.
• Ability to operate professional camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and real estate marketing.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Setting up cameras for a podcast
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting processes for different platforms.
