Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing and Production
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that meet project requirements.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality.
• Ensure smooth transitions, cohesive storytelling, and alignment with project objectives.
• Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team, including content creators, graphic designers, and directors, to understand project vision and goals.
• Provide input on concepts, storyboarding, and script development for video projects.
• Post-Production Management
• Manage video post-production processes, including color grading, audio synchronization, and file exporting.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and events.
• Asset Organization
• Maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final edits.
• Archive and manage project backups to ensure efficient retrieval and reuse.
• Quality Assurance
• Review videos for accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines before final delivery.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video outputs.
• Trend Awareness
• Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Experiment with new styles and effects to keep content engaging and innovative.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 2-5 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proven track record of creating compelling video content for various platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
