An international school group is seeking to recruit highly qualified and experienced Vice Principal to join their growing team of professionals ( They have five schools across Abu Dhabi.Our client offers British and American curriculums and cater for a large expatriate and local community of learners, who speak English as a second language.ADEK approved candidates get preference

- Ideally a Masters degree in Education or equivalent
- At least two years as a Vice Principal
- Minimum 3 years Phase Head/ Head of department/section
- Abu Dhabi teaching/leadership experience preferred
- Internation curriculum experience such as American/IB/AP ex[erience
- Native English speaker
- Liasing with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the Principal
- Helping with the development and review of budgets, school policies, and rules and regulations
- Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents and other officials
- Assisting with recruitement, training, and on-boarding off all new staff
- Oversee the collection and analysis of academic datat to ensure compliance with ADEK requirements and international accreditation standards
- Co-ordinate teacher coverage for absent staff, ensuring minimal disruption to the learning process
- Planning and organising school events and field trips as well as assisting with various committees
- Establishing rapport and maintaiing relationships with parents, staff and students
- Sitting it on disciplinary hearings and providing advise for at at risk students
- Addressing concerns raised by students , staff and parents
- Remaining active and visible on field trips and during school functions
- Earn AED 18 000 - 24,000 monthly salary (depending on qualifications and experience)
