Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a leadership role, within the IGCSE framework.
• Strong understanding of best practices in curriculum development and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and conversant in IT skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Relevant educational qualifications (Master's degree).
• Studies should have been completed as a regular course and not through distance learning or correspondence.
