Liaison: Liaising with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the principal.
Policy and Budget Development: Helping with the development and review of budgets, school policies, and rules and regulations.
Meetings: Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents, and other officials.
Recruitment and Training: Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new staff.
Academic Data Management: Overseeing the collection and analysis of academic data to ensure compliance with ADEK requirements and international accreditation standards.
Teacher Coverage: Coordinating teacher coverage for absent staff, ensuring minimal disruption to the learning process.
Event Planning: Planning and organizing school events and field trips as well as assisting with various committees.
Relationship Building: Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with parents, staff, and students.
Disciplinary Action: Sitting in on disciplinary hearings and providing advice for at-risk students.
Concern Resolution: Addressing concerns raised by students, staff, and parents.
Visibility: Remaining active and visible on field trips and during school functions.

Requirements
Nationality: Native English Speaker - Preferably American, Canadian, British, South African National Holder
Years of Experience: 2 Years as a VP, 3 Years Head of Section, 5 Years Teaching - Preferably Abu Dhabi Experience, American Curriculum/IB Experience, AP Experience
Qualification: Master's degree in education or an equivalent.
