:A Dubai-headquartered Communications company and one of the fastest growing marketing and communications agencies having a leadership team and advisory board of top celebrities, is now hiring a native Engish-speaking Vice President, Sales for their Dubai office.Job Summary:The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving lead generation and sales through strategic initiatives, working closely with the Lead Generation Lead and Sales Lead. This role involves monitoring the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and sales consultants, testing new lead generation channels, and maximising referrals, retention, and partnership sales. The VP of Sales will coordinate ongoing training and upskilling for SDRs and sales consultants to achieve a lead-to-sale conversion rate of 25%.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive lead generation and sales daily.
Collaborate with the Lead Generation Lead and Sales Lead to monitor and enhance the performance of SDRs and sales consultants.
Test and monitor new lead generation channels to optimise sales strategies.
Maximise referrals, retention, and partnership sales within the sales teams.
Coordinate and oversee ongoing training and upskilling of SDRs and sales consultants.
Increase the conversion rate from leads to closed sales to 25%.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in understanding the interaction between lead generation, sales, and revenue.
Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data at a basic level.
Demonstrated experience in managing team leaders and reporting to C-suite executives.

Qualifications:
