Review of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for a variety of Private Equity funds, ensuring their accuracy
and compliance with fund governing and regulatory procedure. * Review of annual financial statement.
Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distribution.
Assist in the preparation and completion of the audit process for assigned relationships
Investor onboarding including AML/KYC documents review
Assist in staff collaboration and ensure that client deliverables are being met
Responsible for the consistency and accuracy of assigned relationships
Submission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients
Regular interaction with clients, fund directors and other relevant parties.
Assist management with MIS reporting
Applicants should possess (as a minimum):
A detailed understanding of Private Equity and other close ended fund structures and the fund administration industry
A detailed understanding of regulatory requirements
8-10 years experience in fund accounting and a professional degree in accounting or finance
Knowledge of e-Front preferred
An ability and desire to work to tight deadlines
An ability to multi-task and manage projects
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other stake holders
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
