Requirements Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions in the fintech or crypto space. Knowledge of emerging markets, particularly in Africa. Background in enterprise or institutional sales, with a strong network in banking, payments, or digital assets. Passion for financial inclusion and the role of cryptocurrency in transforming global finance. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in SaaS, fintech, and cryptocurrency. Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth, tech-driven companies. Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, forecasting, and automation. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and financial infrastructure. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global teams and cross-functional departments in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across global markets. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise, institutional, and B2B sales. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales effectiveness.
