As the Vice President, Medical Strategy EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the medical and clinical strategy for the EMEA region, contributing to the company's global impact on drug development and healthcare advancements.This position falls under our Career Transition Division and we are exclusively representing a candidate for the role. Spearhead the formulation of comprehensive strategies for the development of drugs, biologics, and devices, offering valuable insights into preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects.
Take the lead in guiding and contributing to the design of clinical trials and associated elements, catering to diverse client needs.
Drive the development of clinical protocols and synopses for various clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory, medical, and ethical guidelines.
Provide strategic and therapeutic area counsel for the creation of clinical development plans, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Formulate innovative strategies to streamline and expedite timelines for drug development initiatives.
Contribute extensive drug development expertise to support strategic business initiatives and assess investment opportunities.
Actively participate in key scientific meetings and conferences, staying updated on relevant scientific publications to remain abreast of the latest advancements and progress in drug development methodologies.
Who You Are
Medical degree with significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Proven leadership experience in medical strategy, clinical development, and drug commercialization.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and medical ethics.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced global biotechnology landscape.
