In a nutshellAs the Vice President of Marketing, you are part of Loylogic\' s Executive team. You will lead a dynamic team of Program Consultants (Account Managers), focused on driving member engagement in our client\'s loyalty program through innovative marketing concepts linked to our solutions Gift Hub and Reward Hub (incl. Play, Virtual Reward Card and Marketplace), while creating strategic account plans for each client, carrying budget responsibility across our existing clients, while taking data driven decisions and being accountable for revenue generation from marketing initiatives.What will you do
Ensuring there is a deep understanding of the member communities of our client\'s loyalty / engagement programs.
Drive engagement and sales through compelling (loyalty) marketing campaigns and promotions, closely aligned with client loyalty program calendars.
Based on the understanding of the member community and the overall marketing calendar, ensure solid annual account plans are in place for each client by the Program Consultants, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, thereby providing valuable insights to the sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with business goals and present regular reports on performance metrics.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with brands to secure large-scale partnerships, including early releases and unique content opportunities.
Create annual budgets for each client with your team and carry responsibility for meeting / exceeding the budget targets, including the provision of monthly updates on performances, and action plans in case of deviation
What will you need
Master\'s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in loyalty programs or ecommerce
Experience in looking after a team of account managers / customer success managers and building robust annual account plans which drive value for the client as well as Loylogic.
Experience in budget responsibility across a portfolio of accounts.
Experience in the loyalty industry is a pre-requisite.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative marketing concepts, growing accounts, and building solid account plans.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, with experience in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, presentation, and Excel skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
