Responsibilities Support and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction. Lead the communication and reporting to existing and potential investors, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements. Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to present the firm's investment strategies and performance. Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential investors, with a focus on family offices and other investor categories in the Middle East. Provide investors with insightful analysis, data, and information regarding our investment opportunities and performance. Address investor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Lead due diligence efforts to assess potential investments, including financial, operational, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure thorough due diligence processes. Present due diligence findings and recommendations to the executive team and investment committee. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the private equity sector in the Middle East. Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on market analysis and investor feedback. Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to ensure a unified and coherent message to the investor community. Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to develop investor materials, presentations, and other communications. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements concerning investor relations in the jurisdictions we operate. Oversee the preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual reports, and other investor materials. This addition places a clear emphasis on the due diligence process, which is crucial in the private equity sector, especially when engaging with sophisticated investors such as family offices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of the private equity, wealth management, sector and the investor landscape in the Middle East. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus. #LI-Onsite
