Nova Pharma is a fast-growing, leading veterinary company in the region distributing and marketing an extensive range of veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, pet food, animal feeds, veterinary equipment and veterinary management solutions and services. Duties & Responsibilities The responsibility of this position is to serve as the company\'s Technical Representative in the UAE Veterinary market. This includes but is not limited to:
- Regular technical training and support to our customers and internal teams.
- Providing in field technical support to the sales team, whilst assessing their technical ability and identifying weaknesses.
- Supporting our sales team in answering technical enquiries from veterinary practices.
- Review any existing technical content for technical accuracy, as requested.
- Participation at key UAE Veterinary events and congresses.
- Coordination of technical marketing activities.
- Participation at all technical meetings locally and internationally.
- Efficient management reporting.
- Study competitor products & activities. Prepare competitor analysis sheets and presentations for the sales team.
- Contribute to the yearly business plan and manage the coordination and timing of local activations.
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine is preferred, and experience working in a veterinary clinic is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role will give you a competitive advantage.
- An understanding of the veterinary pharmaceutical and nutritional market in the region is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required for clear and effective information exchange.
- Strong teamwork abilities are necessary for successful collaboration and achieving shared goals.
- A positive mental attitude is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
- Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

- Veterinary Clinic: 3 years (Required)
