The Rusty Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist located in Jumeirah Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients and pets into the clinic, checking them in and providing excellent customer service while doing so. They will also handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, manage client billing and perform various clerical duties. The candidate will work closely with Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and that clients and their pets receive the best possible care.

Qualifications

Experience in a veterinary clinic is mandatory

Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is required

Basic knowledge of veterinary medicines & procedures (vaccines, deworming et cetera) is mandatory

Excellent customer service skills are required
