• Supervise daily operations of owned and chartered vessels, protecting Company\'s interests in operational matters.
• Manage vessel operations at sea and port, handling all post-fixture matters from fixture to charter completion.
• Coordinate with all parties for efficient loading and discharging, ensuring smooth turnaround.
• Evaluate stow plans for optimal cargo lift.
• Liaise closely with port agents for efficient handling and stay updated on port requirements.
• Monitor voyage and vessel performance, including speed and consumption.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Charter Party.
• Work with onboard Master on stow plans, bunker planning, hold preparation, and voyage instructions.
• Facilitate prompt and accurate correspondence between owners, charterers, and vessel managers.
• Handle invoicing for hire, freight, laytime calculations, and follow up on outstanding balances and debts.
• Manage claims and disputes, liaising with insurance companies and P&I clubs.
• Coordinate with port agents and bunker suppliers for seamless bunker operations.
• Collaborate with chartering and finance teams, flagging deviations from the estimated fixture.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Trade, Logistics, Shipping or Related Discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations role in Ship Owning/ Operating/ Broking Desk.
• Good understanding in post fixture Operations and Charter Party terms and contracts.
• Good knowledge of maritime accounts for post fixture operations and execution.

• Ability to work in team and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and preferably familiar with IMOS or similar vessel Operation management software.
• Good in follow-through and attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
