Job Description
An international offshore company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and skilled Vessel Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong engineering background and expertise in offshore operations. Candidate Requirements: Chief Engineer Experience: Candidates must have sailed as a Chief Engineer, showcasing strong technical leadership. Dynamic Positioning Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with DP systems is essential. Dry-Docking Proficiency: Previous involvement in dry-docking projects is highly desirable. Heavy-Lift Operations: Solid exposure to heavy-lift cranes and their management is required. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the operational management of the vessel fleet, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. Coordinating and supervising maintenance activities, including planning and execution of dry-docking projects. Managing heavy-lift crane systems and related operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and resolve technical challenges. Traveling as required to support fleet operations while being permanently based in Dubai. The role is based in Dubai, providing a dynamic and rewarding professional environment.
