Oversees managing a variety of locations including indoor and outdoor spaces. Also, handle the venue bookings, supervise all operations, and ensure that the location is safe and equipped for hosting events.
They are also responsible for managing the ground and property maintenance and supervising all staff members.
The venue manager should handle the operations, maintenance, and bookings for the venue.
Create venue pricing packages, secure bookings, liaise with event managers and clients, and coordinate the logistics of events.
Manage the maintenance of the venue
Minimum Experience:
2 years in similar role
Proven experience in venue management, event planning, or a similar role
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and venue management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
