Vehicle Workshop Manager
Job Description
Job Requirement
Oversee operations. Workshop managers are expected to oversee the overall operations and logistics within the workshop . This includes scheduling machine usage, organizing workflow, ensuring timely equipment maintenance, and monitoring inventory levels
Managing budgets: Working with the finance department to control costs and identify ways to save money without compromising quality
Managing customers: Interacting with customers to understand their needs, and managing their expectations
Managing maintenance: Reviewing maintenance, operations, and safety audit findings
Managing technical expertise: Ensuring adequate technical expertise is available
To ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with the Policies and Procedures required and to ensure full Legal Compliance .
To effectively manage a Service department/function or a range of advanced tasks within a key Service function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
