Job Description

Kreston Menon is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented VAT Manager to lead our VAT compliance and advisory functions. This role is ideal for a tax professional with strong expertise in UAE VAT regulations, who can manage complex VAT matters, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee VAT compliance processes, including filings, audits, and documentation Provide expert VAT advisory services to clients across diverse industries Stay updated on UAE VAT laws and ensure adherence to Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations Develop and implement VAT-efficient strategies for clients and internal projects Manage relationships with clients and liaise with tax authorities when necessary Lead and mentor the VAT team to deliver high-quality results

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in VAT compliance and advisory, preferably within the UAE or GCC region Qualifications: Relevant tax or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CTA) preferred Skills: Strong understanding of UAE VAT Law, analytical thinking, and excellent client management Knowledge: Hands-on experience with FTA portals, VAT audits, and tax dispute resolution processes
