• Diagnose and treat various vascular diseases and conditions, including stroke, aneurysms, and blockages in the arteries and veins.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment.

• Perform surgical procedures, such as bypass surgeries, endovascular surgeries, and sclerotherapy.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasounds, angiograms, and MRIs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

• Keep accurate records of patient information, including progress notes, test results, and treatment plans.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of vascular surgery.

• Educate patients and their families about various treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

• Board certification in vascular surgery.

• Valid state medical license.

• Proven experience as a vascular surgeon, preferably in an academic medical center.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
