Job Description

1. Drive the sales vehicle to deliver company products according set call plan.

2. Display products in the market place to ensure good visibility.

3. Implement company planogram to ensure products are displayed in the planned location in the fridge in shops with Al Rawabi fridges and LTA.

Rotate products to ensure first sold are sold out in the first purchase.

4. Check dates and pull out expired products to ensure quality.

5. Maintain and replenish stock in the back rooms to ensure product availability.

6. Place advertising and point of sale material to ensure relevant pos is with relevant product.

7. Stock shelves to minimize out of stocks.

8. Conduct in-store promotions to improve product awareness.

9. Provide excellent customer service to get repeated business.

10. Establish and maintain cordial and professional relationships with colleagues and trade staff to improve business.

11. Ensure Fridge Cleanliness and temperature is 3 degrees at all times to maintain quality.

12. Maintain the 0 balance of issued crates and returned crates of the day to reduce loss.

13. Adhere to Company Health and Safety policy to avoid any incident to self/ others.

14. Adhere to company quality policy to achieve optimum customer/ consumer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

FMCG Sales: 1 year (Required)
Language:

Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driving License (Preferred)
