We are looking for a motivated and experienced "Van Salesman" FMCG with wholesales experience to join our dynamic team. The main tasks will be taking orders, delivering products, building client relationships, and promoting products in the UAE FMCG industry.
Responsibilities-
• Manage orders and deliver goods accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish connections with new customers to expand our market reach.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels on the van
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and payments received.
Requirements:
• Valid driving license (preferably with experience in driving commercial vans).
• Proven experience as a Van Salesman in the wholesale distribution sector, preferably within the agro commodities.
• Knowledge of local market conditions, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and willingness to work extra hours when required
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; computer knowledge would be advantageous.
