Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and sell company products to retail stores, supermarkets, and other clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods according to the planned route.
Monitor and maintain stock levels in the van, ensuring proper inventory management.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned area.
Collect payments from customers and issue receipts as needed.
Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and product handling standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or business training is a plus.
Proven experience in van sales, field sales, or a similar role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic math and inventory management skills.
Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading goods.
