Job Summary:

The Van Sales Representative is responsible for driving a company van to deliver and sell products to customers within a designated area. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a company van to visit assigned sales routes and deliver products.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

Promote and upsell products to increase sales volume.

Ensure proper stock levels and product displays at customer locations.

Process sales transactions, invoices, and receipts accurately.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.

Report daily sales activities and provide feedback to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in van sales or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing procedures.

Physically fit to load and unload products as needed.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Experience in route sales, distribution, or FMCG industries is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
