Full job description We are a foodstuff company is a leading name in the food industry, renowned for our commitment to quality and innovation. With a diverse range of delicious and nutritious food products, we cater to the needs of consumers worldwide. As we continue to expand our market reach, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our sales team as Salesmen / Van Salesmen. Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Alargoon Food Products to retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and other potential customers within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting for new clients and expanding our customer base.
- Present product features and benefits to customers, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms of sale to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and achieve competitive advantage.
- With Driver License
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license (Required)
