Sales Strategy and Execution:

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability

targets.

? Train, and mentor sales team to be high-performers.

? Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance.

? Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

? Prepare and present sales forecast, reports, and performance metrics.

Workshop Management and Operations

? Oversee valve repair and assembly activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.

? Develop and implement efficient workflow process.

? Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards.

? Enforce safety protocols and standards within the workshop.

? Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

? Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

? Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

? Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff inside workshop.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

? Proven experience in workshop or operations management, preferably in the valve or related

industries.

? Strong understanding of valve products, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
