This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure efficiency, quality, and safety while managing a team of technicians, coordinating with departments, and driving business growth within the territory.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Train and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
Set clear objectives, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate recurring business.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
Workshop Management & Operations
Oversee valve repair and assembly activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety protocols.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders.
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
Motivate and lead a team of technicians and support staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering excellence.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in workshop or operations management, ideally in the valve or related industries.
Skills:
Strong understanding of valve products, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in workshop environments.
