We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Valuer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and reliable property valuations across Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze property trends, sales data, and rental rates.
• Perform site inspections to assess property condition, size, location, and amenities.
• Utilize industry-standard valuation methodologies to determine the market value of various property types (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Prepare detailed and well-documented valuation reports adhering to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) and international valuation standards (RICS).
• Maintain accurate property valuation databases and market research records.
• Stay current with market trends, regulations, and valuation best practices in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Liaise with clients to understand their valuation needs and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
• May participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss valuation findings.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's valuation methodology and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate, or a closely related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate valuation, preferably within the Dubai market.
• Proven track record of successfully completing property valuations for diverse property types.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant valuation software (e.g., Argus, CoStar).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid UAE driver's license and a reliable vehicle are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
