During your tenure as Transaction Services, Commercial Due Diligence TMT Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Using a range of commercial and financial skills to evaluate markets, assess market size, market growth and segmentation and the overall attractiveness within a specific geography.
As part of the assessment, you will also assess the competitive landscape and assess potential synergies.
In addition, you will also assess critical drivers of strategic differentiation such as product and service innovation, alliances, and ecosystem mapping as well as other growth drivers.
You will be working alongside other due diligence practitioners to develop a comprehensive, view of companies and the industries in which they operate.
Conduct primary and secondary research, expert interviews, focus groups and facilitate workshops for both client stakeholders and market participants.
Support project manager/director in project management such as project delivery, client stakeholder relationships and document management.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership on specific industry themes.
The output of your analysis will culminate in a professional due diligence report that will be presented to senior executives and investors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in a science, engineering, or technology discipline. An MBA or master\'s in management or finance is required.
Prior experience in the technology or telecommunications sector.
Very strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to assess technical concepts and terminology and translate into business language.
Prior experience in M&A and due diligence highly desirable.
Ability and willingness to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and demanding clients.
