\xc2\xb7 Welcomes customers to the hotel \xc2\xb7 Maximises customer satisfaction and utilisation of hotel facilities by promoting hotel restaurants and other services to customers \xc2\xb7 Arranges for special services requested by guests \xc2\xb7 Updates self on hotel\xe2\x80\x99s room availability \xc2\xb7 Updates self on conference, banqueting and other events in the hotel \xc2\xb7 Is fully aware of The RHG Hotel Group\xe2\x80\x99s service concepts \xc2\xb7 Is fully aware of all current hotel and RHG promotions \xc2\xb7 Communicates effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting Front Office colleagues as needed \xc2\xb7 Ensures that guest mail and messages are delivered promptly Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED1,100.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
