We are seeking courteous and reliable individuals to join our team as Valet Parking Attendants. As a valet parking attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving guests\' vehicles and ensuring a seamless parking experience.Responsibilities:
Greet arriving guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Safely park and retrieve guests\' vehicles in designated parking areas.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times, assisting guests with their belongings as needed.
Ensure the security of parked vehicles and report any damages or incidents to management.
Keep valet parking area clean and organized, including sweeping, picking up trash, and maintaining signage.
Provide guests with information about valet parking procedures and any relevant policies or fees.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the valet parking service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including collecting parking fees and providing change.Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.Benefits:
