We are currently seeking courteous and responsible individuals to join our team as Valet Parking Attendants. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving guests vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience. Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival. Safely park and retrieve guests vehicles in designated parking areas. Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including ticketing and key storage. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other items from their vehicles. Provide directions and information about the facility or nearby attractions as needed. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving and parking vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valet parking area. Requirements: Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
