:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company. Our client is looking for skilled and responsible Vaccinator to join their team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and welfare of livestock/poultry and carry out vaccination and debeaking effectively within the stipulated time frame, ensuring the health and well-being of birds and contributing to the organization's operational excellence.Responsibilities:-Administer vaccinations to chickens following the recommended guidelines and protocols.-Meet the established vaccination targets within the designated timeframe.-Handle birds with care, adhering to all necessary safety precautions and procedures.-Execute vaccination steps accurately, including maintaining the cold chain, ensuring proper dosages, and adhering to bottle usage recommendations.-Monitor and ensure the health and well-being of birds post-vaccination.-Optimize vaccination efficiency by adhering to best practices and minimising errors.-Accurately count chickens during vaccination, ensuring no discrepancies.-Assist in receiving and transferring chicks as needed to support operational requirements.-Lead and coordinate the team to achieve vaccination targets within the allocated time.Requirements-Higher Secondary or Secondary School education.-Basic understanding of vaccination importance and protocols.-Minimum 2 years of experience as a vaccinator in a large-scale livestock farm.-Strong focus on achieving goals and delivering results.-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work effectively as part of a team.-Strong interpersonal understanding and the ability to build relationships.-Customer service orientation with a commitment to quality.-Demonstrated integrity and ethical behaviour.Benefits- Attractive salary+ benefits
