Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate with government entities to obtain and renew necessary licenses.
• Communicate with rental platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com to ensure all listings are available and up-to-date.
• Manage bookings and communicate with clients before arrival and after departure to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain apartments to meet quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with maintenance and cleaning teams to address apartment needs when required.
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in property management or hospitality, preferably in vacation rentals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with local licensing requirements and standards in the vacation rental industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty or Hostaway.
Technical and Personal Skills
• Ability to work with online platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional approach to customer service.
• Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.
