About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with expertise in Figma to design intuitive and visually engaging screens reports. You will collaborate with Power BI designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that align with our brand and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces and workflows for all the existing and new reports using Figma or on Power BI. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Create wireframes, user flows, and mock-ups that illustrate design ideas to end users and get their feedback Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user experience principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure seamless design implementation. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and iterate on designs. Maintain and expand the design system within Figma / design platform for consistency across all the reports Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to story telling with dashboards / reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly in web, portals, and reports Proficiency in Figma or other design tools, including advanced features like components, variants, and prototyping Strong understanding of user centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and the senior leadership team Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences Experience in design understanding for Power BI is an additional advantage * (Optional) Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
