Investigate and gather user experience design requirements across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate with product team to define and prioritize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency
Continuously test and refine design elements based on insights and feedback
Collaborate with marketing team, internal and external designers to create tailored experiences for the digital user
Provide expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioural analysis
What you bring:The ideal candidate for this UX/UI Designer role is someone who brings a blend of creative and technical skills. You should have a solid background in UI/UX design for digital products or services along with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in various technologies like Sketch, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android is required. Experience in conducting usability testing and user research is crucial. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong prioritization skills are also key to succeed in this role.
A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
Working knowledge of technologies and software such as Sketch, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience conducting usability testing, user research, synthesizing insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively with strong prioritization skills
