Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify insights and opportunities for improving user experience. Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to translate user insights into design recommendations and solutions. Monitor and evaluate user experience metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of design changes and enhancements.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field. Proven experience in user research or UX design roles. Strong knowledge of research methods and techniques. Proficiency in research tools and software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
