Job Role: User Acquisition ManagerJob Location: Dubai , UAEWork Timings: Monday to Friday - 09AM to 06PM As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently managing and scaling campaigns across various platforms including Paid Social Platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok), Incent sources (Mistplay, Exmox, Adjoe), and Google Ads and DSP networks. You will possess a deep understanding of attribution principles and experience with mobile trackers such as Adjust and AppsFlyer. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and scale campaigns across diverse platforms, optimizing performance and ROI.
Implement and refine traffic buying methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze competitors\' advertising activities to inform strategic decisions.
Utilize large sets of marketing data to derive insights and drive actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formula usage and pivot table manipulation.
Familiarity with Unit-economy principles and metrics.
Maintain English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Exhibit an excellent understanding of key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a major gaming studio is advantageous.
Proven track record of launching successful projects from inception.
