Job Overview: We are hiring a Used Car Supervisor for a reputable automotive client in Qatar. The role requires prior experience managing used car operations and supervising teams, with a preference for candidates currently available in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department. Manage the buying, pricing, and sales process for used cars. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Ensure all vehicles meet quality and regulatory standards. Maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in used car sales and supervision. Strong knowledge of automotive market trends. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Must be locally available in Qatar.
