POSITION

HVAC Ducting

HVAC Insulation Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a HVAC Technician is preferred. Experience in using MAXIMO System or any other CMMS is an added advantage. Practical experience in HVAC is pre requisite. Experience working on laboratory or healthcare projects preferred. Valid Saudi Arabian Drivers license and clean driving record with 3-5 preferred.

Design Engineer (Civil) . Bachelor's Degree in Civil . 10+ years in construction projects . Excellent IT skills, including computer-aided design skills. . Solid understanding and knowledge of construction methods and legal regulations . Knowledge of health and safety

Design Engineer (Mechanical) . Minimum of 10 years' of experience . HVAC heat load calculations, duct sizing and equipment selection using applicable designing software's. . Monitors execution of capital projects and Works with minimum supervision. . Performs other duties as assigned by Engineering Manager. . Expertise in word, excel and PowerPoint.

Design Engineer (Piping) . Degree in Bachelor of Engineering. . Minimum of 10 years experience . Conduct design reviews and providing technical comments for mechanical plumbing and fire systems. . Conduct detailed technical studies related to existing mechanical plumbing and fire protection systems. . Enhancement of KAUST Engineering standards for Mechanical (Plumbing) division.

Electrical Draftsman 1. A minimum of three-year degree in Computer Aided Drafting. 2. Minimum 5-year experiences in a CAD Operator role. 3. Expertise in 3D rendering is a plus (Sketchup, Revit, 3D max, etc.) 4. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites.
