We are seeking a skilled and 5+ Years experienced Urea Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Urea market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in trading activities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute directly to our company's success. Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on global Urea market trends, supply, demand, and pricing dynamics.
- Trading Activities: Execute trades for Urea products, including sourcing, purchasing, and selling based on market conditions and company objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth transactions and optimize trading opportunities.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with Urea trading, including market fluctuations, logistics delays, and contract negotiations.
- Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and analysis on trading activities, market trends, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Urea trading or related agricultural commodities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Urea market fundamentals, including production processes, quality standards, and pricing mechanisms.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed trading decisions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
