Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Upholstered Furniture Sales & Project Management Specialist to lead our sales efforts and manage project execution for our upholstered furniture line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and project management within the furniture industry, with a specific focus on upholstered products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Project Management:
• Oversee all phases of upholstered furniture projects, from initial client consultation to final delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Client Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to align project goals with client expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project and sales objectives.
Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and product durability.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project.
Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and project status to senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and project management within the furniture industry, with a focus on upholstered products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
