Job Summary: The Upholstered Furniture Project cum Sales Manager will oversee and manage both project execution and sales activities related to upholstered furniture projects. This role requires a unique blend of project management skills, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of upholstered furniture manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end execution of upholstered furniture projects, from initial client consultation to final installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize sales skills to understand client requirements and propose suitable upholstered furniture solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to generate sales opportunities and foster repeat business.
• Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Experience:
• Upholstered Furniture Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
