Posted on: Oct 25, 2023 : The Unity Engine Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining 2D and 3D games and interactive
experiences using Unity game engine. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Unity\'s architecture,
performance optimization techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with artists, designers, and other developers. Responsibilities: 1. Develop high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and Unity Script;
2. Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to deliver engaging gaming experiences;
3. Optimize game performance, memory usage, and frame rate;
4. Debug and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues;
5. Work with the engineering team to improve existing tools and processes;
6. Stay up-to-date with new releases of Unity and adopt new features into projects;
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices;
8. Meet project deadlines and milestones while working under pressure;
9. Write clean, readable, and modular code that adheres to coding standards;
10. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and release;
11. Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
2. At least 3 years of experience in game development with Unity;
3. Strong proficiency in C# and Unity Script;
4. In-depth knowledge of Unity\'s architecture, components, and performance optimization techniques;
5. Experience with Unity\'s animation system, physics engine, and graphics pipeline;
6. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, algorithms, and data structures;
7. Familiarity with linear algebra, calculus, and mathematical concepts relevant to game development;
8. Experience with source control systems, particularly Git;
9. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills;
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team;
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
12. Passion for making great games and desire to learn new technologies and techniques.
