Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Coordination:

o Oversee the production process of uniforms, ensuring quality standards are met.

o Coordinate with the factory team to manage production schedules and timelines.

o Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

2. Merchandising:

o Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.

o Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

o Manage the display and presentation of uniforms in retail and client locations.

3. Client Relations:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their uniform needs.

o Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

4. Logistics and Distribution:

o Coordinate the logistics of uniform delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

o Utilize a valid UAE driving license to manage deliveries and site visits.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

o Prepare regular reports on production and sales performance.

o Analyze data to make informed decisions on inventory and merchandising strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in uniform production and merchandising, preferably in the UAE.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Skills:

o Strong organizational and time management skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Experience in handling large-scale uniform orders and managing client relationships.

o Knowledge of the UAE market and local regulations related to uniform production and distribution.

o Internal & external communication

o Sampling

o Preparing internal order sheets

o Accessories & trims in-housing

o Preparing purchase orders

o Getting approvals on lab dips

o Advising and assisting production and quality department

o Taking responsibility for inspections

o Giving shipping instructions and following shipment

o Preparing costing for uniforms both woven and knitted uniforms

o Overall understanding of printing , embroidery , sublimation etc

o Sourcing know-how of factories outside who can manufacture export quality uniforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
