Receive, sort, and distribute uniforms to hotel staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Maintain a detailed record of uniform assignments, exchanges, and alterations.
Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, damage, and wear, and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
Coordinate with the laundry department to ensure that uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and ready for use.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of uniforms, accessories, and related supplies, coordinating with the purchasing department for timely replenishment.
Assist employees with uniform fittings and alterations, ensuring proper sizing and fit.
Collaborate with the uniform department team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the uniform storage areas and equipment.
Adhere to uniform department policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, concerns, and requests related to uniforms.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Housekeeping, to coordinate uniform-related activities and ensure compliance with uniform standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of uniform policies, procedures, and quality standards.
