Key Responsibilities

:

Design, develop, and implement user-centric web and app pages independently, taking full ownership of the end-to-end process. Conduct in-depth research to understand customer behavior, pain points, and preferences, ensuring every design decision aligns with user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience and engagement. Optimize user journeys for website and app interfaces, focusing on seamless navigation, usability, and conversion optimization. Develop responsive and mobile-first designs to ensure compatibility across devices and platforms. Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve designs. Leverage data analytics and heatmaps to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven design solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to align design initiatives with business goals. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, integrating innovative design elements into the website and app. Take ownership of A/B testing for UI/UX enhancements, ensuring a measurable impact on user engagement and satisfaction. Manage and maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines. Develop and implement strategies to increase accessibility and inclusivity in digital design. Act as a subject matter expert on customer-centric design, driving a culture of user-first thinking within the organization.

Key Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and app projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to create and deploy pages independently. Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar for data-driven design decisions.
